Production features
- Thread rolling refers to the cold stamping of the outer surface of round parts.
- The thread is obtained by molding the part under the action of a radially dynamic force between two rotating rolling tools.
- The profiles of the rolling tools penetrate into the surface of the part, pressing the cold material against the bottom of the rotating tools and rolling it to the selected size.
- The screws are made of corrosion-proof steel or alternative aluminum and are combined with high-performance flange nuts made of technopolymer.
